Frequently Asked Questions
- We would like to arrange our own air travel to and from Tel Aviv. Will this reduce the cost of our trip?Answer: You are welcome to arrange your own air travel and meet our group in Tel Aviv on the morning of Sunday, March 24. Your trip cost will be reduced by $1,100 per person.
- Question: Is there a dress code?
Answer: Two or three sites will require that knees and shoulders are covered. No other dress code.
- Can we take time away from the tour to visit other sites such as Petra?Answer: If you want to see other sites, we would encourage you to do this prior to or after our group tour experience. If you choose this option, you would need to arrange your own air travel.
- When I went to the online registration page, I see that the maximum number of people that I can book with a single reservation is 2. We have a larger family. How should we go about the registration process?Answer: You will complete the registration process for your family in groups of two. For instance if you had a family of five, you would complete one registration form for two family members, complete a second form for two family members, and a final individual form for the fifth family member. We apologize for these extra steps. You will notice a field that says “additional roommates.” Use that field to indicate rooming assignments for your family. Note that the maximum number of people in a hotel room is 3. While we are staying at nice resort hotels, lodge rooms in this part of the world are smaller than those in the west. So a family of five would be divided between two lodge rooms, one with three people and the other with two. Make a note in that field that you would like to request adjoining rooms. - What if our plans change and we need to cancel. Can we get a refund?
Answer: Please refer to the table for cancelation fees:
